This eBay listing is for a post-in repair service.
After purchasing this listing, you are agreeing to accept our conditions and procedures of the repair which are stated below.
Once your device is received, we will update you with an estimated repair date. This will be within 3 days of your device reaching our workshop, or within 1 day if you pay an additional charge for the 1 day service.
Is my device's screen eligible for refurbishment?
If your device has spots behind the glass or green lines running through the LCD it will need a new LCD which we have available in our listings.
If there is a copy screen, we will not be able to offer this service. We can only refurbish Original LCD.
Note - If you send in an unrepairable screen, we will give you the option to fit a replacement, or refund your order minus our postage fees. Also if the screen is damaged in the post we will not be responsible for this but will provide you with sufficient evidence for you to claim through your respective courier service.
Payment
Payment to be made through eBay only, any sellers trying to make alternative arrangements will be ignored.
Warranty
All our Screen Refurbish Services come with a 1 month warranty. The warranty doesn't cover any physical or water damage.

Our Post-In Service
To use our service you need to follow these steps:
Step 1 - Please take pictures and send it to us via message; Picture should have LCD/Mobile turned on with a white background.
Step 2 - Click "Buy it Now" and wait for the postal address to be sent across.
Step 3 - Bring the phone or Send the parcel with a signature. Put inside the parcel your details (Ebay ID, Phone Number and Return Address should be the same like on eBay). Remember to pack your phone securely so that it does not get damaged during transportation.
Step 4 - Your phone will be fixed the same or next working day after receiving and immediately resend to you. After receiving the screens they are tested for faults, we refurbish only the screens which pass the testing process.
Step 5 - Once repair
complete your mobile will be sent back to you.
We return your phone with recorded and insured delivery and we also
advice our customers to send us your device with fully insured and
recorded delivery.
