For offer a set of 12 Place Card Holders in the form of miniature Top Hats, made by London silversmith David Bowles c.2003. David Bowles was inspired by Victorian silver, the hats look 100 years old but are not. They are in perfect condition, but could use polishing. Set in a very well made leather box, it maybe faux leather, not sure. David Bowles is no longer in business. Each hat is fully hallmarked for sterling silver, London, the year & DAB maker's mark.
