We send all of our shipments with tracking so if the carrier shows it has been delivered, we will not refund payment if the buyer says it was never received.

Returns:  If for some reason you “changed your mind” or the item doesn’t fit it may be returned within 14 days, of delivery, for a refund.  Buyer to pay return shipping fees.  Refunds will be issued once the item is received by seller in original selling condition.

Damage:  If your item is received damaged, before receiving a refund, it is your responsibility to provide the seller with photos of damage in order for the seller to file a damage claim with USPS.  You will need to retain the box/envelope and all shipping materials.
