Elizabeth I 'won' the battle of the Spanish Armada in 1588.   This larger of the two coins of Elizabeth I is from 1588.   The second coin attached below is a Henry VIII coin.   Both of these coins were purchased from dealers in England (I didn't keep the papers).  The EI coin was over $100 and the HVIII was approx. $75.   The freshwater pearls and silver were purchased and a professional jeweler created the necklaced based upon my criteria.   Including materials and jeweler labor, the final cost for me was more than $400.   After a few years of just having them in a sealed container, I decided to have a necklace created so I could wear them.   The design is a silver bezel which allows both sides of the coins to be viewed.   I always felt the power of this because of the person that Elizabeth I truly was.   This has only been worn twice...once on a trip to England.   If you love History, this will burn with passion in its wearing.  Because is it dear, this would be sent with a required signature.
