No batting, it is like two quilts put together.

Looks like quilt was made on a sewing machine with a zig zag stitch.

I purchased at a garage sale so I have no idea how old it is.

There are several areas on one side that need repair- i tried to include photos of all of those areas.

Quilt alone weighs 4 pounds, 11 ounces.
