Luxury Two-Bedroom Deluxe Villa with Fully Equipped LARGE Kitchen: Two-bedroom approximately 900 square foot villa accommodates up to six guests. Richly appointed bedrooms with king size beds, 2 bathrooms, Queen sofa bed in living room, Fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to create meals and snacks in your villa, including a range/convection oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender, Entertainment centers in living room and bedroom featuring cable TV with remote and video cassette or DVD player, Open, airy design with distinctive living room and full dining room, Washer and dryer, Tiled entry, large kitchen and bath, Designer furnishings and custom fabrics. Each 2 Bedroom Deluxe Villa has a Full Balcony with table and chairs.
Harborside at Atlantis also offers a trip to a local Grocery Store over the bridge in Nassau...this is where the locals shop. In that same shopping center is a Beer Distributor/Liquor Store. Stock your villa with your favorites for a fraction of the cost of buying them at or near Atlantis! When you check in, a schedule will be given to you. This shopping trip costs about $10 per person, round trip.
I also have the name of a Grocery Delivery service that will deliver right to your room at the resort. I will give you the info at the conclusion of the auction.

These will have to be paid for upon check-in. Everyone in your party must purchase the same dining plan. Children 6 and under are FREE with a paying Adult.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: This Travel auction must be paid for within 24 hours after auction close and must be used within the dates specified on the auction offering! Vacation Dates CANNOT be changed! Winning buyer must be over the age of 21.
SHIPPING & OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ROOM At the conclusion of the auction, I will email you a rental contract for you to sign and return. I will then contact Harborside to place the reservation into your name. Once I receive the revised reservation from Harborside, I will send it to you via email. Once your payment has been received, there are NO CANCELLATIONS UNLESS RESORT/BORDERS ARE CLOSED DUE TO COVID.
There are NO Booking Fees!!! Or ANY other fees associated with this rental. You will have to give a valid credit card at check in and there will be a $100 hold per day for any charges you may incur during your stay. Your Atlantis Room Key can be used to purchase food and any other items throughout the resort. Some kiosks at the Beach/Pool areas are CASHLESS and ONLY accept your Atlantis Room Key as form of payment.
