This is a new Walters GP9 locomotive that is new in the box. This came from a large estate of a gentleman who bought items, and then simply stored them away. He had no layout to operate these on. The engine is new in the box and has not been tested because it’s new. Please check out my other Walters engines and other items from the same estate.
