The fabric in the Jane quilt kit is Cadence fabric by Crystal Manning for Moda. The pattern Jane is designed by Crystal Manning for Moda just for the Cadence collection, also designed by Crystal.  The pattern is easy to follow with colored illustrations.  Finished size is 60.5" x 72.5".

The kit contains all the fabric for the quilt top and binding along with the pattern.  The fabric is the exact fabric called for in the pattern.
