HOUSE IS IN AS IS CONDITION. Please see all pictures- there are pieces missing such as the ceiling, flowers that go around the doors, stickers have peeled off. Some of the railings are broken/damaged. The roof does not seem to stay open- it either has to be fully on or off. This comes with the charmkins and accessories shown. Still a great set to collect!
