This is an Official Original one-of-a-kind Hand Painted Production Cel Sketch used in the making of the anime GetBackers (ゲットバッカーズ -奪還屋-, Gettobakkāzu Dakkan'ya, "GetBackers: Recovery Service"), which aired in Japan on from October 5, 2002 – September 20, 2003.  Produced by the Japanese Animation Studio Deen Co. Ltd. (株式会社スタジオディーン, Kabushiki Kaisha Sutajio Dīn, sometimes stylized as "Studio DEEN"), directed by Kazuhiro Furuhashi & Keitaro Motonaga and written by Akemi Omode.  Adapted from the manga written by Yuya Aoki and illustrated by Rando Ayamine.

This is a Cel Sketch of Natsumi Mizuki (水城 夏実) from the Opening Scene (OP) of the anime.
