Please read this carefully. This is for one week only and I am renting. This is my personal unit. I am unable to go this year. This week can be used anytime of the year but please note if you select a holiday week, it will be subject to additional fees as charged by Westgate. I have seen those fees sometime to be500+ dollars additional I have done payment plans before and I am OK with doing so. I am not looking to make money, but I am not looking to lose money on my annual taxes. With that being said, this auction is placed accordingly to tax price.

This is a new eBay account as my other eBay account was hacked. I have rented several times in the past to individuals off eBay and never had any issues. I’d be happy to send you screenshots of my 100% feedback being a seller.

I’ve owned both of my units since 2008 and they get used very often I have never had any issues with and we don’t have access to the waterpark. They do have a shuttle to the parks however I do not know the cost that is something you need to call to find out.
