We always give as much information as we know how to give for each item and post as many pictures as we can to show any and all details. We send all of our shipments with tracking so if the carrier shows it has been delivered, we will not refund payment if the buyer says it was never received.

Returns:  If for some reason you “changed your mind” or the item doesn’t fit it may be returned within 14 days, of delivery, for a refund.  Buyer to pay return shipping fees.  Refunds will be issued once the item is received by seller in original selling condition.

Damage:  If your item is received damaged, before receiving a refund, it is your responsibility to provide the seller with photos of damage in order for the seller to file a damage claim with USPS.  You will need to retain the box/envelope and all shipping materials.
