Returns Policy

If for any reason your product is damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately to arrange for the return of your product(s) within 14 days.

We will then provide you with a replacement product as soon as possible.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, it must be returned within 14 days. After appropriate testing, if it is found that the defect is due to misuse, willful damage, unauthorized repair, or tampering with the product by the customer, the return will not be accepted.

Strictly no returns/refunds will be given due to the buyer's change of mind or remorse. This is in compliance with the ACCC warranties and refunds.
