This is Vintage 1959-64 Barbie Straw Hat with Blue Ribbon for Suburban Shopper #969. It is in Very Good Condition with frays and warps or curled on the edges. (I have not tried to steam it or clean it.)

• Good - Not crisp, may have been washed, may have major flaws, item was played with a lot.
• Fair - Item may be useful for parts.
