These tubes have small holes in them or leakage from the bottom crimp, and/or dried paint under the caps.  Most are almost full, none are less than 2/3 full. You may need to use a pair of pliers to get the cap off these tubes the first time.  Some tubes may have some dried paint elsewhere on the tube.  Any dried out tubes are noted after the name of the color.  

The prices are half what I charge on my listing of new Winsor & Newton 14 ml watercolor tubes.  Dried out tubes are still lower in price.  They can be cut open with scissors and used as you would use a half pan.
