The game card and ROM chipset supports the version of Scorpion 4 board ordered and the games machine was in a full working operational state prior Scorpion 4 board replacement* see warranty information

It is your responsibility to accept any postage cost for returning including items that are incorrectly ordered, this also includes any items required to be exchanged and the replacement shipped from the seller back to the purchaser.

Scorpion4 boards are fully tested prior sale and shipping, video evidence of operation state can be provided if requested, however in the event of goods received found to be faulty, goods will be replaced like for like upon its successful return to the supplier.

Returning of Goods - Postage: Goods must be returned within the same packaging and in the same re-saleable condition as it was received, this also includes any faulty or damaged goods. 

Goods opened, unboxed and/or fitted (used) prior return are deemed as used or not new, where the purchaser may be liable to a part refund to any goods returned that require an inspection test and/or not in a fit re-saleable condition.

Returned goods will not be accepted or credited, if opened and/or any circuitry serial numbers or labels are removed or modified, security seals broken and/or clear evidence of goods being opened (dismantled) or tampered with.

Goods returned either for replacement or refund must be correctly insured by purchaser (sender) to the value of the goods purchased, returning goods must have proof of postage and signed for.

Goods returned lost or damaged by shipping will not be accepted by the seller, the seller will not be held responsible for to any claim including loss of earnings

It is the responsibility of the sender to follow up on any claim via the shipping company or shipping insurance for any goods returned damaged or lost.

Installing Replacement Parts/Goods: Circuit boards or (IC's) should be completed by a skilled engineer or technician that has the required knowhow or skillset on the product and goods ordered. PSU's (power supply) must be checked and anti-static precautions taken prior fitting. DIP (16) Switches may be required to be set to correspond with the gaming machine

General Responsibility: We cannot take responsibility for any damages, electric shock injury or loss of earning.

Warranty Information: Scorpion 4 boards are 20+ years old depending on the version, Scorpion 4 board will be fully tested and/or repaired by our Engineer prior return/shipping. Understandably gaming machines or fruit machines along with any other mechanical and electronic items that resides within can be 15+ years, hence can't offer any warranty on Scorpion 4 boards due to no control on the condition or operational state of other controls/electromechanical equipment/units
