Overall good condition with signs of normal use - see pictures.  4 Wheels total.  2 wheels are branded "NOELTING FAULTLESS".  The other 2 wheels with brakes aren't branded, but are very similar to the Noelting branded ones.  Please inspect all pictures.

All 4 wheels are 5" in diameter and 1" wide.  Overall all 4 measure about 7 3/4" tall.  The mounting posts on top are about 2 3/4" long x 7/8" x 7/8"
