RETURN POLICY
-You have 30 days to return items from the day you receive them.
-After 30 days, we can't accept returns.
-To return an item, make sure it's in the same condition as when you got it.
-If it was new in a box or had tags, it should still be new in the box with all tags on and no signs of use.
If you return an item in a condition different from how it was originally sent, we will only provide a 50% refund. This includes everything such as packaging, accessories, printed instructions, and more.
UNDELIVERABLE / INSUFFICIENT ADDRESSES / REFUSED PACKAGES
Deal Ninja does not cover shipping expenses for orders returned due to undeliverable or insufficient addresses. Once the carrier returns the order, we will issue a refund. However, any return shipping costs that we have to pay will be subtracted from the refund.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We gladly accept international returns within 30 days. However, please note that the buyer is responsible for covering the cost of international return shipping, including international shipping charges and duties, which are non-refundable.
