CASE: Damaged, massive chunk missing out the top right hand corner, assumed a previous owner dropped it. Hinges are in fully intact and not loose.

INSERTS: The cover art and booklets are included, no tears, creases or stains

DISC: Very good condition, only a light amount of scratches due to the age of the item (22 years), and played perfectly fine on the PS1 I tried it on.
