Machine Settings: The Device Allows Settings For Date (Year, Month, Day), Time (Hour, Minute), And Voice Function (If Available). The Setting And Memory Keys Are Used For Setting. The Steps And Screen Sequence For Setting Are As Follows:
1. Press And Hold The Setting Key For At Least Three Seconds To Enter The Setting Mode.
2. The Last Two Digits Of The Current Year Will Appear And Flash.
3. Adjust The Number Using The Memory Key And Press The Setting Key To Move To The Next Step.
4. The Flashing Month Date Will Appear. Adjust The Number Using The Memory Key And Press The Setting Key To Move To The Next Step.
5. The Flashing Hour Minute Will Appear. Adjust The Number Using The Memory Key And Press The Setting Key To Move To The Next Step.
6. The Volume Setting Will Appear. Use The Memory Key To Select The On Off For The Voice Function, And Press The Setting Key To Turn Off The Device Automatically.
Blood Pressure Measurement:
1. Relax And Sit Quietly For At Least 15 Minutes Before Measurement. Wrap The Wrist Cuff Around Your Wrist.
2. Adjust The Distance Between The Upper Of The Device And The Palm To Approximately 0.6 To 1.3 Cm (About The Width Of One Finger).
3. Tighten The Wrist Cuff And Fasten It Securely, Ensuring It Is Not Too Tight.
4. After Wearing The Wrist Cuff, Place Your Wrist In Front Of Your Chest, Making Sure It Is At The Same Level As Your Heart. Keep Your Wrist Straight And Your Arm Relaxed. Then Press The Power Button To Start The Measurement.
5. All LCD Screen Indicators Will Light Up, And The Device Will Perform A Self Check. After The Check Is Complete, The Device Will Automatically Apply Pressure.
6. When The Appropriate Pressure Point Is Reached, The Wrist Cuff Will Slowly Deflate To Perform The Measurement. During The Measurement, The Device Will Flash A Heart Symbol.
7. After The Measurement Is Complete, The Device Will Display The Systolic Pressure (High Pressure), Diastolic Pressure (Low Pressure), And Pulse Rate. If The Systolic Pressure Is ≥140mmhg Or The Diastolic Pressure Is ≥90mmhg, The Corresponding Numbers Will Blink To Indicate High Blood Pressure.

Note:
1. Shipments without lancing device and lancets. During the blood drawing process, you can use a household embroidery needle that has been slightly wiped with alcohol to draw blood or test blood sugar directly.
2. If there is no input action within 2 minutes after inserting the test strip or 60 seconds without inserting the test strip, the blood glucose meter will automatically turn off.
3. Repeated measurements may cause congestion in the wrist and affect the accuracy of the measurement. Improvement methods: you can raise your left hand and make a fist several times, or remove the wristband and rest for at least 2‑3 minutes before measuring. This device is not suitable for use with newborns.
