Record is clean and play tested, looks unplayed. Play tested, sounds great and no surface noise that I would normally report for a used record, going to conservatively grade at EX + on vinyl.

Sleeve is in fair condition, it’s not pretty, creasing, seam split and basically just cosmetically flawed in general.

Great copy if you intend to play and don’t mind an ugly jacket to avoid higher the higher collectible cost of a new condition sleeve.
