fender contemporary stratocaster body Japan.

Late 1980s contemporary stratocaster body that is well used and worn. Nothing comes with it other than what is shown in the pictures. The two pick guards are not original to the body .one is a aftermarket and the other with the plastic and stickers still on it has always been a mystery to me. It fits this body but it’s stickered as a American stratocaster pick guard but I do not believe the Americans had the system 2 on it. I believe they have the system three on the American versions. However it comes with a fender Hartfield r9 mid boost control unit for the volume and tone. Also from late 80s I bought that particular pick guard 10 years ago and just never used it. This body is well used and does show signs of such as nicks scratches dings etc. it is sold as is where is with no returns
