1. The majority of our items may have come directly from store shelves so they may have had some handling. All items both new & used have been in storage , please note that ITEMS ARE STORED WITH THOUSANDS OF OTHER PLUSH, some that are APES, ARMADILLOS, BATS, BABOONS, BEARS, CATS, CAVEMEN, DOGS, DINOSAURS, DUCKS, FERRETS, KANGAROOS, LIONS, LEMURS, MONSTERS, MONKEYS RABBITS, RACCOONS, RATS, SNAKES, TURTLES, TIGERS, ZEBRAS etc that have synthetic or authentic hair so they may need a minor dusting off/ cleaning, hair / lint / fur removal.
2 All battery operated items are tested when they come in and are re tested again prior to shipping
All items work unless otherwise stated BUT BATTERIES ARE NOT INCLUDED
PLEASE NOTE all battery op ITEMS arrive to us with BATTERIES in and some battery boxes may have rust corrosion in battery box from BATTERIES that may have exploded, it is rare but please be aware of this ( they usually clean easily and will make sure it will not effect the use of the toy) also on VERY RARE occasion a battery op toy may not have the screw to battery box so PLEASE check YOUR ITEM and replace before allowing child to use.

4. Items with plastic pieces/ parts may have surface scratches.
5. Payment is expected within 2 days of the auction closing. If you need more time to pay please just contact us because If payment is not received after 2 days, an unpaid item case is automatically opened, which may affect your ability to buy or sell on eBay and we will need to shut the auto claim off
6. Our items are stored in a smoke-free environment Our items are sanitized and have a freshener applied there may be a slight scent, usually baby powder scent, lavender or citrus but it may vary.
7. Items are shipped with tracking .items are shipped in plastic water resistant mailers , if you'd like your item shipped in a box please just contact us for a quote prior to paying.
8. We generally ship within a day or two after receiving payment. Occasionally we need more time shipping so if you need the item shipped immediately please just contact us and we will certainly try to accommodate you.
9. Returns will be accepted only if the item has been misrepresented. But if you have a problem with ANYTHING , Please just contact us we are very easy to work with.
10. Feedback is automated will be left after you have received your item and have left us positive feedback ...
