Very rare piece to see, very old German Concertina, CZEGESA brand prior to WW2, number 608/20 (possibly the year 1920), it is working ok, the details of the concertina can be seen well in the photos, wear on the edges of the bellows, but without holes or loose parts, and it is missing 5 buttons in total, they are easily replaced, I sell it like this in original condition, as they are double buttons, you can use them like this without problems or sticking the small new buttons on them is very easy . The structure is made of wood with a burgundy lacquer, mother-of-pearl type, very nice, it has a metallic plaque with the name of the Argentine importer: CASA AMÈRICA, it was one of the largest stores of musical instruments that the country had!!, it sold high quality items  imported from Europe. It has the original leather grips, and no breaks. It is in its original cardboard box, its lid is missing, and it has been somewhat restored inside to maintain its structure, its label is beautiful and luckily it can be seen very well. Excellent old item, rare to see and in perfect working order!!
