Yogurt is a widespread product with an amazing fresh fermented milk taste. The most popular product for daily nutrition.

Yogurt contains lactic acid streptococci and bifidobacteria, Bacillus bulgaricus and Bacillus acidophilus. Developing together, these bacteria produce a high content of lactic acid, which has a detrimental effect on pathogenic bacteria. Eating yogurt reduces the risk of digestive disorders and gastrointestinal infections.

Thanks to its ability to speed up metabolism, yogurt helps control body weight and reduce body fat percentage.

Yogurt normalizes intestinal motility. Helps accelerate the removal of toxic substances from the body.

Yogurt quickly reduces thirst and quenches hunger. It is useful for people of all ages, especially the elderly, pregnant and nursing mothers. Daily consumption of yogurt promotes rapid restoration of strength, covers our body's needs for amino acids, calcium salts, etc.

Regular consumption of live yogurt increases your metabolic rate. This helps normalize body weight and body fat content.

Preparation

Making homemade yogurt is very easy. You will need milk, VIVO starter, a regular saucepan and a large towel. Although ripening lasts 8 hours, personal time for preparation will require 10–15 minutes.

Add VIVO starter to warm milk (40 °C - slightly warmer than body temperature). Wrap the pan carefully in a large towel to keep the mixture warm. Leave to ferment for 6–8 hours in a warm place. When the product has thickened, cool it in the refrigerator and your yogurt is ready!

It’s even faster and more convenient to prepare yoghurts in a yoghurt maker or multicooker with a “yogurt” or “40 ° C” mode.

Storage conditions

In the refrigerator (at a temperature of +2..+8 °C) - 12 months.
