Shipping

- We offer multiple shipping methods, please pick your preference upon checkout
- Any estimated time you may be shown is provided automatically by eBay (not by us) and is to be considered as an estimate, not a guarantee.
- Delivery times:
* USPS First Class Mail (2 - 9 days)
* USPS Priority (2 - 5 days)
* FedEx 2 Day (2 day including Saturday delivery)
- Processing time: 0 - 1 business days 99% of the time

Once your order is shipped the delivery confirmation (USPS) / tracking number (FedEx) will be uploaded to eBay where the buyer will be able to check the status of the shipment. An e-mail with the tracking information will also be sent to your registered eBay e-mail address. If you check USPS.com or FedEx.com and your delivery confirmation (USPS) / tracking number (FedEx) is not registered there please do not be alarmed. It may take up to 48 hours at times for it to be registered with the online system.

WE DO NOT SHIP ON SATURDAY, SUNDAY OR ANY MAJOR HOLIDAY, NOR IS DELIVERY AVAILABLE ON THOSE DAYS.

Please note:
- Only United States Postal Service (USPS) can deliver packages to your PO Box address. All items to a PO Box address will be shipped via USPS. UPS does NOT deliver to a PO Box address.
- We will only ship to the address you provide during the checkout process as requested by eBay and PayPal. To change the address, contact us for further instructions.
- Allow 24 hours for tracking information to update on carrier site.

Warranty & Returns

We guarantee the item you receive will be as described. If you feel the item is not as described then please make sure to contact us right away.
- 30 day warranty: days 0 - 30 (your choice of refund or exchange)

If you wish to return an item that is as described, but no longer want, you will be charged a restocking fee (10% of item price, $5.99 minimum) to cover the expenses we have incurred by processing your order and return. You will also be responsible for return shipping. This type of return is only possible within the first 30 days after the purchase date

In order to request a return please contact us. You will be assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number will be subject to an unauthorized return fee. You will be responsible to send back the item within 5 days after receiving the RMA number; otherwise, you will be charged a late return fee

All refunds will be made by reversing the buyer's payment through eBay. No other form of refund is available.

If an item is described as being sold AS-IS, then a warranty is not offered. You are still covered by eBay's Buyer Protection in case the item is not as described
