For Oversized "OS" 31.8mm handlebars and 1-1/8" steerer tubes. This stem is a true classic in bead blasted black finish with very "PRO" logos in an incredibly stiff yet lightweight design! Stainless steel hardware throughout keeps the package lightweight.
