We can send a commad: HOTSPOT, ON, N, P to open a 4G WiFi Hotspot. (N=name, 20 characters,default: last four digits of IMEI. P= Password, minimum eight, default password: 11111111) Add one 4G SIM card, our VL01 will become a router that provides WiFi for your phone.

2).100000 Pieces of Data Storage

In emergency case, press SOS button for 3 seconds to activate SOS alarm. Then the device will send SOS SMS to preset SOS numbers and dial the numbers in a loop for 3 times until the call is picked up. Alarm message will also be sent to platform.

5). Cut-off Fuel / Power Connection

When our phone receive an abnormal alarm, we can send oil cut-off command from our phone. To make sure the security of vehicle, tracker can only indicate to cut off oil when
GPS is in valid position status, and the speed is less than 20km/h.

1). Q: Is it support 2G and 4G SIM card with internet?
A:  Yes our VL01 can input 2G/4G SIM card with internet like your cellphone card or M2M card.

2). Q: How to set WIFI as WIFI hotspot?

3). Why VL01 some times the WIFI dispear and need to set it by send SMS command again? Can fix it?

A: The working principle of all mobile hotspots is that when the device is not connected for a period of time, it will automatically turn off. Our device with the same principle of cellphone. The hotspot if always on, it will consume a lot of power.

4): Q: How to do if SIM card have Pin code?
A:Insert the SIM card into your cellphone, then change the pin code to 0000 and the gps tracker starts.

5): Q: What should I do if can not activate it on the APP?
A: Use your cellphone to edit SMS command of: STATUS# and GPRSSET#  to the SIM card number which input into our tracker, forward that two SMS command to us for analycis.

6). The VL01 is installed on the car, the car is running, but the red STATIC is displayed on the APP, and the map shows No data found, what's wrong?

A: The positioning package will not be uploaded if the device is not connected to ACC line when the car ACC OFF, so must connect the orange ACC cable to the Car cigarette lighter position.
