If a listing is noted as Displayed and/or Used then the product has been displayed in my smoke-free and pet-free home since it’s initial purchase, from new, in a cabinet, and dusted regularly using compressed air. The photos of the poses you see first in a listing are the pose I’ve had the figure in since unboxing it, and are included so you can see which accessories were used and which were not, and these photos show a full 360 degree view. I’ve then returned the figure to its default hands and accessories in museum pose so you can see any impact to the outfit, and finally a picture of the base and all layers of accessories in the packaging trays. Where relevant, I’ve included photos of any noticed damage e.g. broken wrist pegs, face-sculpt markings, crotch grabber markings etc. and on the other hand I’ve included photos of concern areas that are fine, showing no damage. All figures include their instructions, even when not shown or made clear in the photos.

If a listing is noted as New then the product has never been opened - those shown in official shippers were bought from Sideshow in the USA, and those shown in poly bags were bought from a HK or Chinese supplier direct. I’ve never opened these figures and cannot testify to the condition within. I will do all I can to communicate with the original seller to secure replacements and/or solutions for any reported issues post-purchase but please assume in all cases this is not possible and you are buying the figure with this unknown element in mind.

All items shown with an official shipper box will be posted in them, and you should assume the shippers have labels and/or document sleeves attached i.e. they are not mint and were never over-boxed. Those items shown without a shipper will be dispatched in a new brown cardboard box, filled with recycled void-fill paper to reduce risk of damage in-transit.
