This is part of a 1994-2002 Camaro or Firebird Convertible top boot or tonneau cover.  Sometimes called a parade cover.  This is one side panel, the middle panel and the bag.   Panels are dirty but look like they will clean up pretty well.  I haven't noticed anything broke but they do have some typical wear and scratches.  I have tried to show a picture of that.  The bag is in poor condition and is very dirty inside.  Please look at the pictures.
