Wilcox International Silver
Beverly Manor Silverplate Pitcher Grapes N7062
For consideration is this
vintage silverplate hollowware water pitcher made by Wilcox International
Silver Company in Connecticut, USA. It
features a band of grapes and leaves around the top rim, is 4-toed with a
floral design and the handle has a feather design. It measures 7¾ inches tall
at the handle, the mouth measures 4¼ inches in diameter and 8½ inches from
spout to handle. It will hold 6 cups of liquid.
The base is engraved
“Wilcox S.P. Co.” in a curving arch, 2 smithing tools and in a rectangle
“International S. Co.”. Beneath that in script are “Beverly Manor” and “N7062”
and the letters “IS” in individual boxes. This has been cleaned with Simichrome
Polish. There are some light surface scratches and a small dent on the left
bottom near the foot (while holding in the right hand – see photos). Buyer will
pay shipping on a 4 pound box. Thank you for looking!
