VTG 30s Peach Bias Cut Shear Dress Puff Sleeves Velvet Belt 26W

Wonderful vintage 1930s peach semi shear dress
fabric is a chiffon type not as course as organdy in a soft pastel peach color
wide attached waist band is a backed velvet in a pretty contrasting tangerine color
waist band is adorned with flowers, some of these the velvet has worn off but are hidden under the other flowers, see pics
waist band hooks in back
cut on the bias
nice puff sleeves with small & thin shoulder padding
shirred bodice
side snap closure
dress is in fab vintage condition, will need to be soaked, very slight hard to notice underarm discoloration (last photo), one flower has a couple dark spots, about 5 of the flowers the velvet has worn off, dress is a tad dingy mainly on the bodice from storage, all in all a really nice vintage 30s garden dress
