Product description

A ``pumpkin'' with a polka dot pattern floating in a space created by an infinitely expanding ``retinal pattern''. A one-of-a-kind artistic tenugui that perfectly recreates the world of avant-garde artist Yayoi Kusama. In the 1960s, Yayoi Kusama, an avant-garde artist based in New York, USA, attracted attention for her many ``happenings'' such as body painting and anti-war fashion shows. His original works have had a huge impact on the world both then and now. Yayoi Kusama's long-selling item ``Pumpkin Tenugui'' is a wonderful tenugui that can be used not only as a regular tenugui, but also as a table center cloth or tapestry. Recently, it has also been widely used for bottle wrapping.
