Vintage, Sargent double keyed entry set, patented June 28/1881 (shown in their 1888 Hardware Catalog. The set is completely restored and comes with the original rebuilt Sargent mortise lock. With 2 skeleton keys. The mortise has a brass Eastlake design face, comes with both keys & works perfectly.


The mortise requires a 1/4" standard knob post shaft and it is included in the set.


The 6334 mortise lock has a front plate length of 7" and a width of 1 1/16" and thickness of 3/16".

Backset (the distance from the front edge of the face plate to the center of the knob post hole)

The set includes the brass double keyed backplate, the key and the knob escutcheon, a thumb turn knob is not matching but works perfect, just the plate is original that throws the deadbolt from inside the door and the strikeplate! Save for a few screws, the lock set is complete. Some still have Wonderful patina
