European believe  Italian  Watercolor probably 1880-90 , on paper signed lower left  F.????S.Eaton Del,17 inches high X 14 inches  framed  inside size almost 8 1/2 x10 inches , had since 1979, lady doing laundry ,crease mark on paper across by figures pictured and upper left old crinkle spots pictured ,  few small spots doesn't  effect soft colors , never had out of frame  lovely 19th century  classical?  Watercolor, I  will not apologize  for the condition 

somebody  did their  own linen silk Matt cutting little  off  never bothered me, frame has some scratches any questions ask please
