FAQ

When will it ship?

Within 1 business day of when payment arrives if not same day, not including weekends or federal holidays. 

Can I return it?

Yes, (unless otherwise listed) I accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. It has to be in the same condition it was shipped out / received in.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, on some items. Shipping is done through whichever app was used to purchase item. Global Shipping Program (Ebay), or through whichever service, Etsy, or Depop provide at time of order. Please inquire with eBay, Etsy, or Depop, about cost and availability.

Smoke / pets?

I own pets, and do my best to keep the inventory sealed, and away from any pet fur. I don’t smoke, and there is no smoking near inventory.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I pick it up in person?

I don't offer local pickups unless otherwise specified.

What if there's a problem?

Buying Multiple Items

When I see multiple orders from the same buyer, I can send you an invoice for bulk shipping once the buyer has committed to the purchases, and the buyer can finalize order payment afterward. Feel free to message any questions beforehand.

Shipping Cost

If there is a shipping cost it goes to cover any materials used to ship. I do my best to save costs, and reuse packing materials when possible, and always make sure the item is shipped safely, and protected.

Cleaning

At the very least, all items are treated with a vinegar spray, if not fully spot treated, or laundered. Even still I always recommend a wash before wear on cold/low heat before wear. Any tie dye items are best washed on low/gentle wash with like colors. Any in-house custom made tie dye/shibori sold have been treated in vinegar, and washed at least twice before listing.
