Functionality: This phone charges and powers on, sound is good but I was unable to test other functionality because I do not have a SIM card for it which it requires to use the phone.

Cosmetic Condition: This is a B- Stock item, so it will have wear and scuffs. Front of phone has a bit of noticeable scratches on it.

Included Accessories: Only device, battery and back cover included.
