Insurance coverage is not offered, but can be requested by the customer. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about shipping & handling. Shipping charges for 48 states will remain the same, but for Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico/US Territories, shipping will be different (Contact us before purchasing, if you live in any of these exception states). 
 

Please contact us for specific information if you require overnight or express delivery, domestic or international, or a prepaid shipping label. Only PayPal confirmed addresses are accepted. We do not deliver to APO/FPO addresses. Upon receipt of full payment, items will be shipped the same day or the next business day.

In the event that we agree to accept a return for an "incompatible item," "wrongly ordered item," "unnecessary item," or any other approved return item under specific circumstances, please note that a restocking fee of 25%-35% will be applied (no exceptions).

To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must meet certain criteria: it should be recognized as our property, remain unmodified, physically intact, free of intentional or negligent damage, and include all originally sold components and accessories. If an item is found to be non-working after testing, we will promptly provide a replacement. In the event that a direct replacement is unavailable, you will have the option to choose a similar replacement or receive a refund. Should the item pass our tests and appear to be in its original working condition, it will be returned to you at your shipping cost with no credit or exchange available. Refunds for returns, whether they are working or dead on arrival (DOA), will be issued within 3-4 business days of receiving the product in our office without any exceptions. Please note that we cannot guarantee compatibility between the item and your product. Our company adheres to a general return policy of 30 Days Money Back. However, if an item is listed as SOLD AS IS, these specific terms and conditions take precedence over the 30 Days Money Back Return Policy.
