Condition:

Batcopter - only has 3 blades, the winch is missing the hook and doesn't work. The wheel to spin the blades is missing a chunk.

Batmobile - Batman's side of the windscreen is broken. The blade at the front works by pressing the button on the top. The flame at the back does not lick in and out. The rocket launcher pings as the wheel is rotated but it is too weak to eject a rocket.
