The box is a little rouged up but all 16 cards are present. I'm not understanding the reasoning for the extra envelope (box says 16 cards and 17 envelopes). Maybe in case you mess up on one? I have no clue. Cards are tri-fold and have scripture on each page (see pics for all the scriptures). I am not finding any of these out there with Sandi Patty on the front. I am not seeing a year either but it looks to be 2004 at the earliest. The scripture was taken from a 1982 New King James Version by Thomas Nelson Inc. 

Sandi Patty!!! Not gonna lie, I squealed when I stumbled onto these and I got a few odd looks from other customers. I didn't care. My dad was a pastor and I grew up listening to her, Amy Grant, and others. It was a true a true blast from the past moment.
