Vintage Parker pencil with a green body, top stamped PAT.PENDING MADE IN USA GOLD FILLED.  Has lead showing so can write, not sure how much lead as  I don't know how these work ie not sure if this is mechanical or not but it doesn't seem to extend the lead, that said as already mentioned I am not sure how much lead is actually there,  see photo's for grade and judge for yourself.
