This item is brand new without any defects, scratches, dings, chips etc. It has never been used. It was given as gift but I have no need for 9qt for just 3 people.
It can be comfortably be given as a present without worrying that it may be looked used. If it was set next to just opened brand new one you will not tell the difference because it is BRAND NEW. I just don't have the box.
