Please Note:
This is ultra-thin glass integrated LCD assembly for iMac A1418/A1419, it was
glued with double-sided tape, a new blade or thin plastic card is need for
disassembling the machine. To avoid damage to this fragile LCD, please do
NOT insert the blade or plastic card too deep into the LCD, or it will be lead
to vertical lines or bands.
1.Connect the cable for testing 5-10 minutes before fix it into your machine
when you receive this LCD.
2.Remove the thermal control cable from the old screen and install it on the
new screen before installing if LCD is tested ok, without the thermal control
cable, your machine cooling fan will run at full speed and lead to loud noise
and slow response speed of your iMac.
3.Clean up the remaining adhesive tape on the shell before applying new
double-sided tape, please make sure you finish the fix in 1 time, since repeat
disassembling and installing will damage the LCD.
