Wood and metal trophy honors Hayes for her role in "Herbie Rides Again," the sequel to the hit Disney film "The Love Bug" about a Volkswagen Beetle named Herbie that comes to life. Hayes counted this award among her others as one of just eleven people ever to win an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony. Hayes was also the recipient of the National Medal of Arts and Presidential Medal of Freedom. Charming trophy is a metal VW bug held aloft atop a wooden base.
