We offer FREE Shipping on all our products with tracking to your home or to relay points. Each package is insured for its value in case of loss or damage.

We do everything possible to ensure that your package arrives as quickly as possible. Please understand that certain factors such as weather conditions, heavy postal traffic and the performance of the shipping company are beyond our control. Please message us for details if needed.

RETURNS

We want our customers to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. Any merchandise, with the exception of vintage watches purchased from CHRONONATION may be returned within the time frame specified below. This policy is provided that the watch has not been worn. We ask that you notify us of your intention to return the watch immediately and that you ship the merchandise back to our office before the expiration of the return policy time frame.

The shipment must be post marked before the last day of the merchandise return period. CHRONONATION will not be responsible for lost shipments, so please insure for the full purchase price.
