These are extremely comfortable and warm. Material of the body is 100% Polyester & the Waistband is 95% Cotton & 5% Spandex.

The waistband has an outer closure of a drawstring.

This item laying flat and the waist not stretched is approximately 34", but will expand some and can be tightened up with the drawstring on the waistband
