This powers on and table spins but speed is not correct.

This powers on, green light displays and the turn table begins to spin. I cannot confirm if the speed is correct, but I would assume it isn’t , just because. The arm is in a play position and does not want to move. It likely would move with some pressure but I’m not looking to force it. This will need to be cleaned and adjusted.
