Two (2) Vintage M. Fred Hirsch 10 Inch Tall Sterling Silver Candle Sticks with Weighted Bases. The candlesticks will fit any decor with their simple classic style. Your best taper candles will look elegant, in these candlesticks measuring approximately 10 x 3 1/4 x 2 Inch and weighing approximately 659.14 total grams. A great classic look for any home. Each candlesticks is marked on the base: "Sterling", with the Crown, H in square outline and Crest or Shield with X and 4 circles, (for the M. Fred Hirsch Co.); Weighted and 850" referring to the style number. The M. Fred Hirsch Co. was in business in Jersey City, N.J. from 1920 until 1945 before being acquired by the Fisher Silver Company. My father and my husbands father brought back many lovely pieces of jewelry, porcelain, clothing, perfumes, and household items to their new and future brides upon their return from Europe after WWII. Many of the items have gone to family, but there are still many items that need a home, and they are listed here. There are also other items, long held family treasures that also need to find new homes, as we have no room in ours for them. Many of them have been passed on from generation to generation over 100's of years. We hope they find a home with you.

Many of them I made into jewelry that I sold, but I am now selling all of the pieces that I have, since I no longer have the time to devote to jewelry making.
