We ship daily and customers typically receive their ID card in about 5 to 8 mail days if not quicker. 

After placing order, send message to me with the following:

1) Service Dogs photo (close up and best quality)

2) Handlers Name to be printed on Card

3) City and State (or if you do not want that, you can replace it with REGISTRATION NUMBER, microchip #, or any other brief information that fits, examples: dog breed or "diabetic alert dog", PTSD/TBI, "Medical Assistance Dog", and so on)

4) IMPORTANT:  Please ensure all spellings are correct. 

DUE TO DIFFERENT MONITORS/Phones the colors may appear slightly brighter or darker.  This ID card is slot punched so that it can be quickly attached to a badge carrier, harness, lanyard, etc.  No clip, lanyard, harness is included.  Buyer will receive a high quality ID card only.
