After placing order, send message to me with the following:

1) Company Logo or Industry Logo, if any

2) Your Company Name

3) Employee Photo (close up and best quality)

4) Employee Name

5) Work Title (goes underneath name)

6) Employee ID # if any and Expiration Date

7) Wording to replace left side "CREATIVE TEAM" (e.g., Division, District, Team, etc)

8) On reverse side of card, address for card to be returned if found.

IMPORTANT:  Please ensure all spellings are correct in your first message to us.  If info for a section is not included it will be assumed it is not wanted and will be deleted. 

DUE TO DIFFERENT MONITORS/Phones the colors may appear slightly brighter or darker.  This ID card is slot punched so that it can be quickly attached to a badge carrier, harness, lanyard, etc.  No clip, lanyard, harness is included.  Buyer will receive a high quality ID card only.

By ordering this ID you verify you are the owner of the private business or otherwise authorized with this company and have the right to have said identification.  We cannot make any ID of any public institution.  You must be the owner/authorized agent of the private company.
